So I was rebuilding my older EXW30 and EX50 with the old style handles and was using the rebuilds for the 4/0-2 and 5/0-2 here while also using the Avet schematics and found a discrepancy in the belleville washer configuration! I'm not sure if its a difference between the 4/0-5/0 and EX/EXW series or an error in the schematics. Anyways, on the older 4/0 and 5/0 have the belleville washers riding the spool shaft between the pinion gear and spool bearing while the new schematics show the belleville washers on the outside of the pinion gear between it and the pinion bearing. Can anyone confirm that this is in fact correct?
That is right for the EX40 and a minor PIA to get them in place.
