Can anyone help me to identify this stand on a Jigmaster 501? it look Newell-ish. It has a metal (stainless?) tongue for the reel seat and the rest is graphite. The Newell graphite ones I have seen also have a graphite tongue. Thanks.
yes, newell, newer style. some of the bases with graphite reel foot could/have broken. I think this style is stronger, though aluminum is strongest
