What Kind of drag washers should I put in?

My choice is a Penn Ht-100 Drag Kit 6-113HSP. Perfect fit. It converts the reel from 3 drag washers to a 5 stack, is complete with the eared and keyed washers and costs about $10. Install them with a coat of Cal's Drag Grease and you will have vastly improved drag performance. Much smoother at lower (or any) settings and higher total drag capabilities..

You can also switch out the gears with those of a Penn 113H to lower the gear ratio for more cranking power.

You got the gears and drags posted and you can also use Pro Challenger's SS gear sets, a SS gear sleeve, and ceramic hybrid bearings for the spool. That will bring the reel up to date..!! Oh..A power handle too..!

Any upgrades for the Penn 113H you can do to this reel. Same internals..

I read your other thread. Between it and the responses on this one, most options have been covered. What are you going to do with this reel and how much do you want to spend??
