I haven't seen that white material before.  I think to be on the safe side...go with new carbon fiber all around.

Thanks for the quick response. Seems to be some kind of enigma. Not really sure what happened and why there would be three different drag materials in this supposedly new reel.

It does work and function as it should ...but for how long? and what happens on a session with large fish involved? anybody's guess there.

I will replace them all with CF discs as you recommend.

I need a drag set for a Tanacom 750 Bull, about 5 years old, red, offshore model.

I also will need 4 sets of Tanacom 750 drags , the new black models.  Are they the same?
I can send the original drags to measure and match if that is best.

Did you recieve my e-mail regarding the thickness of the original washers from the Ocea Jigger reel? I sent the measurements in .inch, so please let me know if I goofed up - I'm used to working with Centimeters.

You getting rid of the paper drag washers? Ive replaced all of mine in 4 reels. If I saved the dimensions I will post it here.
