Well the drought has broken for me at Palmy this morning. Pillies everywhere, warm blue water and i even got bitten off by a suspected mackerel or hoo. The fight took over an hour and i wondered whether i would be able to bring the fish to the yak. I was glad it was on the 50lb gear as i was able to give it the cobe treatment, otherwise i would probably still be out there fighting it. My neck was killing me and i was really glad to see it meet the gaff.

Such terrible weather! And is that a new yak you're paddling? Have you no shame?

Tanked up and swam out there once in a younger life!

Great work mate. Never get anything bigger than 10kilos here.
