Fresh light-Applewood smoked, Furikake/lemon/sesame Ahi with a shoyo/sesame oil/butter/rice wine vinegar drizzle.  The fresh fish and home-grown lemons were compliments of a coworker...guess they liked the Coho.  Total prep/cook time was under 20mins.  
This is the first time I have smoked Bigeye Tuna and I've got to say it marries well.
