Herb Crusted/Garlic Studded Pork Roast with Trimmings

Herb Crusted/Garlic Studded Pork Roast with Trimmings

5# boneless pork roast
whole bunch of big slivers of garlic
olive oil
choice of herbs/spices

Make numerous slits in roast, stuff with garlic
Make a thick slurry of herbs/spices in olive oil, rub roast coating well
Be sure to get in between sections of roast with rub and some garlic
Cook at 350' till thickest section internal temp is 168-170'
Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting





Saute some Asparagus and onion in a stick of butter, be generous with the salt



Make some killer garlic cheese bread



Money Shot



Don't forget Dessert!
Vanilla ice cream with fresh Blueberries and Raspberries, with Whipped Cream

Sorry I was digesting pork roast with asparagus and recovering from the Pinot Noir.

Looks killer... as usual, you do an incredible job!

Sorry Chille I ate that roast and had a heart attack  ;D I got to watch how much good food I eat. Moderation Tim  ;D I love your posts my man, but I'm pullin' 12 x 6 shifts and can only eat and sleep right now.

Looks great!!  I usually do my pork roasts in the smoker.  Takes longer and doesn't eat like a roast but still good!!  If I lived near you, I would weigh 20#s more than I do AND I am already under doctors orders to lose 20#'s.. What to do!! 
Your recipes with pictures always look great!!  We don't always eat fatty meats, etc but they sure are good!!  I'm sure everyone enjoys your recipes even if we don't (can't) (nor supposed to) eat them everyday!! ;D
