Tom, you made them, I just assembled your masterpiece, but thanks for the good words ;)

  Al, I gave it a shot and 2 thumbs up on rings with no lug cutouts. Here they are. 2nd shot is top view

P.S. There is a ground down lug under the ring to have a solid base for the top frame post
