I'm sure I will be overdoing it but my Save Mart across the street is going to put their largest Prawns on add for $6.99 a pound and Jonas crab claws @ $5.99 per lb. So I will add Italian to the food as well  It's what i do.

The huli pork is sweet , no hot at all.
Think traditional Hawaiian  , pineapple ginger, soy etc.

If Mike makes serious Andouie that would be the only other spicy item.

I am making cuban longanisa which is sweet pineapple with just enough habanero to give it some heat but not take away the flavor of the sausage. Also some portuguese linguica as close to traditional as possible. It is spicy with a hint of heat . And some beef sticks to take fishing.
