I thought that I did good.

Risotto Con Salsicce Alla Mantovana  -- We had this last night.

For tomorrow night

Tagliatelle with Short Rib Ragu -- I made a double batch for latter in the week.

I've done the Risotto with saffron and crumbled sausage, very good stuff.
Never tried the Short rib pasta, but it sounds great... I'll trade you plate for plate.

I don't speak a word of Italian [maybe a few I can't post here] my Cook Books do my talking.

Bryan is coming for the Short Ribs dinner. I'm going to try & fatten him up a little.
