Shifter fits great and functions smoothly. I plan on ordering more down the road.

Question, is it installed correctly? I'm assuming the white poly washer is to keep the screw from marring the anodizing on the shifter?

Installed perfectly.

You are 100% correct. The nylon washer protects against electrolosis between nut  and shifter.
