What to do with 2 year old frozen Deer Meat ???

You make Chili  ;D

Thaw and brown in a well seasoned cast iron


Place in Crock Pot for 5 hours on high


Chop up tomatoes, onions, garlic, season well cook down as water as needed


A little bit of everything...Yes Cinnamon, but no to much


Deer Meat is done, drain all the juices and add to the pot


Chop up the venison and add 2 cans of rinsed black beans


Add the secret weapon...Only one wafer


Let simmer an hour


Straight Up Killer  ;D

Looks good ,chili made with venison is my favorite.

Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
