I may have missed, are you doing any gold handles with black Eva?

Eventually I'll try a gold color, but first I'll be doing the Cortez rainbow colors.

Getting closer to production mode with every passing day.

With the culmination of the design process complete, I am now able to figure my "per unit" cost.

Complete blade/knob assembly will be less than $50.

Here is one of the first prototypes

The first batch of blades are engraved with a BFT (blue fin tuna). Each batch will have a different fish.

We sure have a lot of talent on this site -- in so many different areas.

Great work, Ted --

Form, function, and efficiency = simple & effective.

Plus, very attractive.

did the other thread get nuked? I wanted to know if the knobs were going to be solid foam or split like the original pics.

The knobs pictured before with split eva were Pro Gear knobs. Sorry for the confusion.

All my knobs will be one solid piece of eva or similar material

It's pretty easy to swap out the grips on a pro gear knob. I have some black material that will slide on over the end button on the pg knobs

That looks awesome! Can't wait to hook my reels up with those puppies. Love that the spindle is anodized as well.
We appreciate you taking the time to get it perfect before you put them out for us.
Yeah baby!
