Had a little fun with the title...long story short took out my Squidder 146 combo( a beauty to me) in search of a few catfish for a neighbor wanting a fish fry. Fresh butterflied bluegill for bait around Occoquan River Regional Park netted me 3 quality blue cats in about an hour's time ;)
I threw in a couple 'river shots' near the Fall Line. It's a rocky, interesting stretch of water.

The first rule of fishing is to fish where the fish are. The second rule of fishing is to never forget the first rule.

Nice fish and looks like a great place to fish.....Bill
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

Now I'd like to see the money shots from the fish fry.

Shark Hunter

I have heard many tales and stories about catfish like these.
Once I caught my first shark, I lost interest. ;)

Daron,

You're right about the 'man in the gray suit'. I grew up in Pensacola and am my happiest with a spread of lines yaked out as the sun sets ;D. But being landlocked, I still stretch a line how I can.
