Good Luck! Eat a lot of fish. Remember MD Anderson as a backup to Stanford.

Alan,
Best wishes on a speedy recovery! Stay positive and you'll be back to 100% reel soon!
P.S.....a shot of Scotch every now and then will probably be just what the doctor ordered.

thanks, guys.  the chemotherapy will some mild long term consequences, but it's the radiation that will be a continuing problem.  radiation to the jaw is always an issue, but i'll consider myself lucky to be around to complain!

Wow, I just came across this thread and sorry to see it, though! Good luck, Allen, I'm glad the prognosis is very, very positive! Keep your chin up throughout the therapy!

Whoa... I skipped over this thread too and didn't realize it was the boss.  Everyone gets a little cancer now and again but when it's the boss you have to respond.  Heartfelt best wishes Alan.

You'll get through this with no problems boss, good things happen to good people.

Hello Alan sorry to hear about your condition my twin had a tumor in his throat 2 years ago and still here to tell the story. Stay Positive and in Prayer. There is Power in Prayer and the more people praying for you the more powerful, you will have your good and bad days but never give up This to Shall Pass. God Bless you and your family and stay safe and most of all Do You!
