Sears Gamefisher 200 (Daiwa) baitcaster reel

I picked up this Sears Gamefisher 200 reel at auction. It looks very well built, made in Japan. Stainless seat and handle. Aluminum spool. Gear ratio is about 2.5:1. It has been used very little.

Anyone know anything about this reel?

I expect it was a badged reel manufactured by Olympic or Daiwa. No idea of specs or schematics.

That bearing cap and handle look like Daiwa to me.

That badge on the bottom is throwing me off. They usually just had an emblem like this, and harness lugs. Yours has neither.

I am not up on the Daiwa's like I am Penn, but I have about every one of the sea Line models.

Check out the insides... Penn clone! Jack and main gear look stainless - this might be a keeper.

Agree, Mo. Plenty of 209's out there for fifteen bucks; I find one for five occasionally.
