I sent the owner of Everol Italy some pictures of this reel and he was intrigued.
He contacted the source for some samples of his reels with the dip treatment.
I think I opened up something here.

It might not be a bad thing,,,,my grandpa told me this story 50 times about a 5cent piece a guy up his street owned it came out the back door of a mint and a couple of years ago it sold for 3.1 million dollars   or maybe it was just a store
