Tight Bail Roller Screw

I cannot get the line roller screw loose on my Daiwa Exceler 3000. I tried tightening it,different drivers,a drop of corrosion X ,hoping it would maybe loosen things up..no dice,still won't move,,anything else I can try?

Heat would be my next attack along with some penetrating oil.  Plastic in the vicinity is the only problem, but a hot air gun after a stint in the freezer might persuade it.  If I can get away with it I use a big #### soldering iron with a squared off tip on the head of the screw.

Yes times two, soldering iron, get some penertrating oil into it, over a few days, then heat the far end of the screw, to expand the thread, the freezer trick will help, but take your time, give the penertrating oil plenty of time to work its way in, auto transmission flued & acetone 50/50 will work, but the acetone, may damage any plastics, good luck, cheers don.

sorry guys, gotta disagree: this is a small(ish) reel getting fixed by its owner -- not a pro who has a feel for how much heat is safe; PLUS the bail head is a delicate area (prob. w/ several small parts made of several kinds of plastic)...  I wouldn't go any hotter than a hair dryer & stay away from the entire -cetone/-ketone/etc. family of solvents -- they DESTROY some plastics & paints (albeit, work great for unpainted metal parts)
