Penn 49 4+1 Drag Upgrade, by ReelSpeed Sr. (aka Lou Hamby)

This is a reel my dad gave to me that he modded many years ago to increase the available drag.  This uses the old drag cover from a 113H and adds a brass sleeve so it fits on the gear sleeve of the penn 49.  You also need to drill or dremel out the side-plate to accommodate it.
