Wake the dead hot shrimps

I tried really hot shrimps in Malaysia many years back and I was hooked. I mean this is wake the dead hot.
Then I saw an episode of Man vs Food and I think  they had OROCHON RAMEN in LA if I remember correctly. So ever since then I  been concocting my own hot dish.
Today I share with your my simple hot shrimp dish.

Items:
1. Raw shrimps (any size will do) 1/2 lb
2. Red Chili powder (use any, hot if you want, mild if you want mild, I get mine from South Indian Grocery Store here in town)
3. Green Chili
4. Ground pepper
5. 2 whole onions
6. Cooking oil
7. Turmeric

1. Cut onion into thick cubes and add to oil in frying pan
2. add salt, chili powder, ground chili, ground pepper & Turmeric -  all 1/2 Teaspoon, add more chili if you want it HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT
3. Mix and add a splash of water to help mix the spices with onions
4. dunk in the shrimps and mix them in.
5. Use high heat and keep mixing till shrimps meat all white from translucent. Throw in the green chilli for flavor. Cover it and turn the heat off after a few minutes. Then you are done.

Eat it with some rice, or put it in some tortillas or eat them like candy with your finger.

That looks like a winner.  May have to try this one with Hawaiian deep water shrimp sometime.
