Several things came to mind when question from mr. Steefiish was asked:
    1. What thickness keyed only washers are used?  .035+ are too thick.
    2. Is the top washer diameter allowing the washer to stop the compression of the stack by hitting the insert?
    3. Is the tube over the gear sleeve long enough for maximizing compression by the star?
Any one would tell us wer are crazy and don't sweat the small stuff,🤦‍♀️  But it's also mathematics.  There's an explanation for sure.   Hope I can help,  as I,m not done learning yet either.
The big lead was rechecked as I also have a twenty.   Butt lets all go fishing 🎣 soon.

While having some morning coffee and watching the sunrise 🌅 I found some pictures and dimensions in my file es.  The steel factory gear with the insert used measures. .580inch thick.
The gear w. Insert plus the fatty top of cf washer and the delrin and the factory cone spring washer sandwich measures. .670inch.   Even though it seems thick it fits in the plate 👌 ok.
Seems like if every thing is comparable,  every thing should be comparable.🧐
