Do I love the internet?  Yes I do.

Simple search on this site and BAM!! I now know where to go to get custom sheets of drag carbon fibre to make drag washers for reels not covered by smooth drag...

Awesome.

Thanks for the information folks!

Get several thicknesses while you're at it.  You can use different drag washer thicknesses to adjust the height of the drag stack.

I starting punching my own after a quick calculation of how much it was going to cost for buying ready made washers for all of my reels. A worthwhile investment in my book.

Where did you get the punches?

Amazon - These are the ones I use:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Maun-Imperial-Wad-Punch-1001/dp/B0001P0E0U/ref=sr_1_4?s=diy&ie=UTF8&qid=1524008791&sr=1-4&keywords=wad+punch+sets

Some sets, like the Mayhew ones, punch the centre hole and outer at the same time - a bit above my pay grade :(
