Chowder Time

With the low tides and clams still open it was chowder time. Only took a few mins with the fork to get our 50 butter clams. Let them soak and clean all day and then chowder with fresh sour dough bread ................ cant beat Island life !

Todd, can you tell me your technique to get rid of the "sand & dirt" on the clam meat?

Looks great. I like tomato based chowders the best. Make something similar with Conch and even Grouper.
