What is this issue with "wobble" I keep hearing about...anyone familiar with this issue,,and what's causing it?

Isn't it the tolerances between the rotor and the pinion gear/shaft? Causes the rotor to wobble around, especially at high speed or under load.

I don't have issue with my 5000 saragosa, it's served me well for over a year,
