Hi ,
Rough sea these last two weeks , so we fish in the Adour estuary  near my hometown , with my old boat (1969)

A bottle of Pessac LĂ©ognan  ,  some fine cured Quintoa ham and a lot of suicidal panfishes  makes my day . ;D   (http://www.fishbase.us/summary/SpeciesSummary.php?ID=1306&AT=Ombrine)

Alan's right, get out of town.  they even close the shore so no boats out or in.  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

Sorry ,I didn't saw your question !    In the estuary  the secret weapon is squid ( frozen fresh from last summer )  , small pieces on a SSW owner hook ,  10lbs 3 feet leader and a 7 ounces spider lead   (very strong current )  main line is 30 lbs .

The squid as bait targets croakers , sea bass in fall/winter , flat fishes , porgys ...etc ..
