Overhead Jigging reel recommendations

Need some recommendations to fish massive locked drags and experience no binding up issue. Most overheads I currently own bind up when pushed to their limits or just don't have enough drag.
Targeting 200lb dogtooth tuna and 75lb yellowtail kingfish. Have to stop these fish in their tracks.
Currently have the Talica 20&25 but experience binding up.
Have been recommended the JMpowerspell pe7 but looking for other alternatives as well

I think one of the lightest reels with good reliability would be Avet HXJ Raptor.  It has 430 yards of 100# braid capacity with a dual drag pull system.

I'm not sure about JM reels but I think other brands are heavier.

a 100 pound reel for long range would be a penn 30, accurate ATD 30, avet 30, or makaira 20.  you would load the reels with 130 pound braid and a 25 yard topshot of 100 pound fluorocarbon, then set the drag to 35 pounds at strike.  i have the makaira and the accurate, but any of the above mentioned reels would work fine.

Transformer F60H or F70H. Made for the exact fishing you describe, lock-down drags to stop big strong fish reefing you. Assume you're talking about mechanical jigging?

Since posting this I've researched reels and looking at the jm pe7 or the maxel osl 09d.both look like they will do the job.
Anyone with long term use of the Maxel reels here

I would PM Kilsong as that is his specialty. From my limited experiences as to what you are doing, a JM would be the first (more expensive) choice and a Maxell would be the value choice.

no experience with the alutecnos reels but I have a friend that use them for off-shore fishing and he say they are "la creme de la creme" of reels in quality and durability for charters in central Mexico, you might want to check them out.

both of those reels mentioned by you (quoted) are on the same ratings and line capacity of the Makaira 15, I dont know if have been reported any binding on the max drag settings but on the west coast of USA that reel have caught plenty of tunas of good size.

You really want the Transformer, not the OSL, from Maxel. Much more drag output. Also the OSL09D is too slow for mechanical jigging YT; you need closer to 100cm/turn or you won't pick the jig up again after each 'cycle'.
A couple of fishermen I know that basically specialise in mechanical jigging for YT both fish Maxel reels.

The only Makairas that are semi-useful for this kind of fishing at the 8 and 10; the 16 is too heavy and the 15 is too wide. Even then the 8 and 10 are too slow for a dedicated mechanical jigging reel.

This is not a job for "compromise" reels.

All of this said, I'm currently selling my overhead jigging setups to go to a spin setup. Okuma Makaira 20000 for me.

I don't know if the OP requires advice anymore but from the specifications, only twin drag reels can offer the drag power needed for monster fish.
100lb braid = PE8 for say a capacity of 350m+ narrows the field even more.  That leaves only Accurate BX600 (do they come this big?), JM PE7 or 8, Maxel F70, Maxel Rage 90N, 90.   The JM and Maxel reels are purpose designed for mechanical jigging with large power handles and ball bearing offset T-bar knobs.  Accurate is more general purpose. 
Other reels mentioned are likely to have insufficient drag power, over sized, over weight or all of the above.
