Happy new year to all.....

First purchase of 2019, and kinda happy with it, thought I would just add it on to this 60 LS thread,,
Managed to pick up a near mint, in the box 65 LS, should make a good lookin pair on the shelf when it arrives.
I'll post up a pic when it arrives......
This forum provides a wealth of information, that and Mikes Blue book, certainly helped me snare this reel at what I think was a great price.

So it arrived, near mint reel in a nice looking box.
Bit different to the 60 LS, it has the standard clicker and the no 65 on the head plate.
I luv a matching pair !

Yours has no yardage stamp because it has optional clamp stand that was an additional $2, and I believe 1941 was first year for that option on the small long beach reels.

Ah, the elusive LB60 clamp stand...  Love those picture plates.
