too much drag grease.  go in with an old rag and remove all the excess from the drag washer and the contact surfaces on the spool and pressure plates.

The right side plate seem to be design for dual dog, but this reel come with one.
It is possible to add in another dog?

No to dual dog. The cutouts are for right or left hand reel options.
