Out from the box, the reel is lightly oil for surf cast standard I guess.

Now try it get it to Alan's greasy standard

Here come the magic question
Is the spring in the right place
I totally lost free spool when I put things back in a piece. Retrieving have no issue.

too much drag grease. go in with an old rag and remove all the excess from the drag washer and the contact surfaces on the spool and pressure plates.

I've found the answer
The schematics in the cd-rom that came with the reel is WRONG
I've found the correct version at Avet's site.

The right side plate seem to be design for dual dog, but this reel come with one.
It is possible to add in another dog?

No to dual dog. The cutouts are for right or left hand reel options.
