After getting the 6500C done,  I thought I'd look before I leaped with the 6600C5 (foot number  110013-21) and check before I started to disassemble.

Seems the smooth drag kit has 4 washers in it (all alike best I can tell), and the reel has three according to the schematic.

Anybody???

I don't think it's suppose to be this agravating...is it??   Smiley Smiley

The newer reels, c3, c4, c5 are much clearer on the drags than the old models.
There are 3 Carbontex washers that would be in the main gear and the 4th is the one under the gear.
