Heres a Tutorial On how to service a Roller clutch bearing. Pt number 1207. Over all it is pretty easy and worth the small effort and time.
First take the RCB out of the reel

Next Find a real small regular screw driver (eye glass screw driver will work) and find the small lip and slowly pry it out.

Once you have it out then you can get a soft tooth brush and simple green and softly brush away the old oil/sand and grease

After brushing the grease off on the cage (blue part) and the housing then you can wipe the excess off carefully with a q tip. Then make sure there are no cotton fiber strands from the q tip on either part.

Now you can put the individual metal cylinder back in to the cage

Once finished then you can slowly place the housing back onto the cage and slowly press down. Notice in the first photo that there are groves in the cage and housing, make sure those line up

Once that is done then you can spray some corrosion x in to the RCB and let the excess drain out

Now you can insert it back into the reel.
