Thanks for the great tutorial KB finally goyt around to rebuilding my three revo inshores, and three revo stx's (they are very similar) went with fully greased drags including the carbontex bottom washers, and the steel reinforced kick levers...wow they are better than new now.  Fished them Saturday in a tournament flawless!!  BTW we won!

Hi KB.... I went over the well-done tutorial, and noted you modified the kick lever, (pic showing the two levers side by each) but I could not see how you did that. Or was the modified kick lever a subsidiary part from abu? Thx, KD.

Thank you KB!!-Yes I fish Bass tournaments with them. I also live only an hour or so from the coast so they get a fair amount of inshore Saltwater action too (snook, Redfish, Tarpon, trout.)  They are working very well for both. However I do have a few with IAR bearings going out which I am going to work on, as we discussed in the other thread.  Again thanks for your expertise and insight it is very much appreciated!!

Ken there is a thread around with the info about the reinforced kick lever (very nice upgrade) I think it is the Revo tutorial that Alan started I'll see if I can find the link.

Found the link. I believe the part number is somewhere in this thread (warning it is different for right or left handed reels). You can get the part from ABU, I happened to have an order from Alan coming so I added them to that order.
