Hi Sal,

Owls does not sell the CCM handles (arms) by itself.  You can only buy them on hopped up reels by Owls.

I checked with CCM and they don't make the arms any longer, so it seems that Owls purchased their entire stock and keeping them for their customized reels.

Do you still want the hyper drag knobs?  In what version?  750SSm or 750SS?  One is supposed to be provided with a water shield and the contact surface is slightly different.  I don't know if they are interchangeable.

You are looking at $125 each for the drag knobs plus possible duties and shipping.

Please let me know.

Wow! Bryan. I was thinking 4or5 x more than original, that price is kind of steep. They probably don't need our business. Thank for trying though, I appreciate it. Sal

Glad TSI301 arrived.  That's good news.

Unfortunately, I'm not 4th or 5th gen. American.  I'm only 2nd generation American 'cause Hawaii was added as a state when my parents were kids.

Actually Bryan, our great grandparents or maybe our great-great grandparents were born here when Hawaii was a U.S. territory.  So they were born as U.S. citizens.
I am not sure when Hawaii became a U.S. territory. Hawaii became a state in 1958 or 59 along with Alaska.

Just received confirmation from CCM.  Those Penn arms are no longer in production.

I can buy you a can of gold spray paint for the knobs and handle arms if you really want it to be gold. Grin

Bryan, did you see the craftsmanship on those knobs? I would gladly pay close to $50.  Not that I need it, I just have to have it Grin.
But $125 plus shipping is just too rich for my blood Wink.

With the exchange rate as it is, it's extremely expensive.  Where are those days where $1 = 200 Yen or even 130 Yen (when I was living in Japan)?
