been wondering about this for a long time.  there is one, very lone, single red dot.  it is literally in the center of the map on the front page, off the coast of western africa.  i remember clicking on it when it was blinking one time and i think it said something about it being it us military installation.

I looked on Google Earth and there is no island where the dot is, Sao Tome and Principe is the closest.
