bought a beautiful pin punch at sears.    bought brass rod,  pin size at a hobby store and cut my own pins with my dremel,   maybe a slight pass with a fine file and your good to go

I have a lot of 316 SS TIG rod that fits the smaller gear sleeves, if you want to use SS PM me and I'll send you a piece.

I have a punch set I isualy use but have used a short piece of paper clip held with needle nose pliers.

The paper clip held with either a needle nose plier or a needle nose vise works like a charm.  Wink
