here's another short fishing trip..sorry for the low quality photos..
it took us about 4 hours driving from Kuala Lumpur to reach teluk bahang..


the nearest town is Georgetown where we stayed for the night before boarding the fishing boat the next morning..

If the reel is important to you, it's worth fixing.

i am currently planning a sailfishing trip at Rompin next month..
some preview - http://www.oceanbluefishing.com/malaysia-fishing-trips/ultimate-rompin-sailfish-safari/
but im not going with oceanblue..some of the operators are our friends..i can get much cheaper Grin
the season starts in May and ends before monsoon..between mid October till early November..
anyone interested for next year's trip??  Grin

Kuala Rompin looks like an incredible place to fish: "...a unique fishery where catch and release is enforced by local law".
