I guess I shouldn't be trying to think after a long day.

So Sal, I was mistaken.  We need 45A and 45B to fit in a 114H.

45A is 28.67 x 15.92, is available in 1.10 or .65 mm
45B  is 28.87 x 14.46 in .76 only

The normal five drag stack is 5 each #45A in 1.10, plus 1 45B under the gear.
I guess 45C would work too, (28.70 x 11.80) but the center hole would have to be opened, but it is thinner
