Thanks everyone.  You know we have to have a rule that we should not post birthdays.  I only mentioned my birthday because I was talking about a gluten free cake.  Can you imagine how fast this site will fill up if everyone feels obligated to wish another member happy birthday.  That could be 4412 x 4412 or 19,465,744 posts wishing happy birthday to every member.  Dominick
