Regarding the Newell 229; I just ordered one for casting swimbaits to albacore.  I ordered the carbontex drag washers; where should I order the bearings you recommended on the other post?  I think I've heard you say that you don't like the ceramic bearings; is this correct?

bill, while you are switching out the drag washers, just lube up the stock newell bearings with xtreme reel + and you'll be fine.  simple stuff!  alan
