The small ones are the best to eat but if you clean the big ones up right and slice 1/4" thick(clean all the red meat off) then a cast iron skillet outside and blacken away. they make great sandwiches.

SaltyD,

I should have never seen this (been away for awhile).  I know what I'll be doing this winter.  Thanx man. BTW, do you think I can lay the assist/trap lines for hooks in the mold instead of how I used to pierce the plastic body to run my assist hook line?  Well, now I can experiment my butt off.

Thanx

Yes you can put your hook in lace but you will have to hold it stationary till the plastic harden.

Great, thanks for posting, I'll give that a try for sure! BTW, do you mean "dam" instead of "damn"? Sorry, just had to point that out, lol. (Secure the mold damn, build a damn)

Guys,

Is that shrink tubing on some of the knots, if so how do you apply heat without compromising the line?

Nicko,
Salty has not been around here for a while. Anything he has to say is good advice.
I hope he will show back up. I miss him! :'(
