Prevail or Torque surf casting rod?

I have had a Penn Torque 12' spinning rod for the last couple years that I am really happy with. It is now time for a casting rod and I was going to go back to the torque but then I saw one of the prevail 12 footers on the rack and it seems really nice. The money is only $20.00 difference so I was wondering what you all's opinion is about which rod to get. It will be mated to my Diawa Sealine SVH-20SV spooled with straight 40# mono until I can build a mini tank.
