I live in the Seattle Area, so I fish mostly Puget Sound for Salmon and the Straits of Juan De Fuca for Halibut when its open. My son is playing football at Chabot College in the Bay Area so we get down there sometimes. I'm hoping to find out the scoop on Striper and Halibut fishing in the Oakland Area.
