salmon sauce

the wife cooked some atlantic salmon today for lunch
the sauce made it perfect
"whats that said i"
greek yoghurt and horse radish mixed
good one!

Wallace, I love salmon. Whats the proportions/ratio, 1:1, 2:1?

hi ltm,   1 cup greek yoghurt
           2 tablespoons horseradish
that mixture was very smooth and light(not strong)

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

well, WHICH horseradish may mean more than proportions/ratio -- 2 tbsp. of weak prepared jarred stuff may be virtually undetectable; fresh-grated could be quite nice & genuine Wasabi -- mighty potent!

Very good Wallacewt for those of you that what to jack it up a little might I suggest a teaspoon of Coleman's hot mustard powder!
