black max 2 upgrade ?s

I have a black max 2 reel and I was wondering if any has changed the gears to 7.0:1 or 7.3:1. I am going to upgrade the bearing, drag washers. any help or info will be appritiated.

i'm not sure about the ratio but just grease the CF washers and degrease the spool bearings and lube with TSI 321 or a very light oil to greatly improve spool time. if you want to change to ceramic hybrid bearings, check boca bearings. but i highly recommend to 1st clean all your bearings. pack the non spool bearings with marine grease and lube the spool bearings with your preferred oil. tight lines!

thankyou, but after a call to abu Garcia and I can use the 7.1:1 gear set from the pro max reels.
