This may be common knowledge or maybe it's not.  Anyway, I'm meticulous about my reels so when the little o-rings on the freespool lever on my PG255 started to show signs of wearing through, I wanted to replace them.  O'Reilly Auto parts has some that fit perfectly.  I got the 5/32th size BTW.  http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/NAT0/007/N0243.oap?ck=Search_o-ring+-+sae_-1_3540&keyword=o-ring+-+sae

I know the 255 and the 545 use these o-rings but there may be others.  Hope that helps.

^   ^  You're welcome.  Hopefully that will help somebody out.  The store I went to, the guy pulled out a red box and he had all kinds of sizes in there.

Thank you, Bobsled. I've seen lots of these reels with worn spots on the edge of the frame from the freespool lever not having the o-rings.. Going to the local auto parts is an easy fix..
