I bought the Crab Openers in SS & bring them to dinner. Most places here don't have them because people take them home. King Crab here are $17-20 Lb so I stay with the Snow Crab.

I only get the Kings when they are on sale. My local Kroger's usually always has a good deal! Steak, Crab legs and cakes, baked potato and salad for 3 people for about 50 Bucks! :P

The blue crabs here are called soft shell crabs after they molt. The new shell takes time to harden. We clean them and fry them. There is nothing better than fried soft shell crabs. No picking out meat. You eat the whole thing shell and all.   ;D
