Wow - I got some nice Porgies on Friday Morning on the Atlantic Reefs

Some nice sized fish not far from port in Sheepshead bay

Nice!
Perfect skillet sized fish...  Scale, gut & cook'em up!  ;)

Nice Ruben, one of my favorite, I usually leave the scales on when grilling, the skin will lift right off. I would then splash some olive oil with garlic, fresh parsley and lemon juice on the meat.
Thanks for sharing.
Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

I can see that fish next to a tomato/feta/Kalamata salad and some restina wine. That's the blessing of our fishing habit, great eats!!! Opa!
Nice report. ;)
