bellivilles ...clutch spring..penn 965...975?

which is the best way to put clutch springs on both of these reels ...or is there just one way ..

If I remember right the go on top of the yoke..

im talking spring washers where star drag tightens onto ,,,between drag star and bearing..sorry

I don't own either reel and not sure if they use a "wavy" or "cupped" type of bellivilles? If wavy try to have them lay opposite/open  but if cupped the washers should go like this () not ((, )) or )(
