I am now! An Ultra-light spinning rod for the trout on the BEAUTIFUL Upper Kern is in my sights. I will be calling in the near future.

I ook forward to hearing from you!! The vast majority of rods that i build are saltwater rods, so it is a really nice change of pace to twist up an ultralight.
