Shimano tld star problems

Hi

I've been given a shimano tld star

I stripped it down to clean and re grease it and since it's been
Back together I can't get the free spool to disengage when you wind the Handel I have watched multiple tutorials and everything seems to be in the correct place

Can somebody help

welcome!  some models do not.  there needs to be a small peg or post that sticks down from the ratchet gear that hits the eccentric jack.  sometimes the parts are worn.
