STOCK 113H 3.23:1 GEAR STRENGTH?

Will the stock 3.23 gear set with a stainless sleeve hold up with 25# of max drag "repeatedly"? I will not be using 25# drag, more like 22# max. This would be with one of Adam's inserts or Bryans 7+1 drag kit. Both of these drag kits deliver 30# plus drag and I want to use 3.23 gear ratio and no one makes these gears in stainless.
